Dear Revolut Growth team,

You received your UAE licences from the Central Bank on 17 June, and your ad describes a team of 25+ PMMs shipping more launches than one Global Head of Product Marketing can review. That pairing is why I'm applying now. I've done both halves of this role with my own hands: zero-to-one go-to-market as a founding team member, and commercial ownership of a CHF 100M+ P&L.

At WePractice, a Migros Group venture, I built the full go-to-market from zero: 1000+ client matches in the first year, two funding rounds closed, and the marketing and sales team led after Series B. At Ifolor I owned the e-commerce P&L of a CHF 100M+ business and moved conversion +9% and checkout +15%, reporting to C-level. At Sparrow Ventures I ran the experiments that lifted conversion and cut CAC across new ventures. Today I lead AI business models at Swiss Post, from opportunity sizing to go-to-market. And I build products myself. My cycling platform Pedal Peak is live with real users, shipped end to end with the AI toolchain I use daily.

One thing you should know before we talk. I haven't co-managed a global org of 25+ product marketers; my largest team was the marketing and sales function of a Series-B venture. What has scaled me at every stage is writing the playbook first, and building the launch playbook is the work this role starts with.
