I've launched from zero as a founding team member, and run the numbers on a CHF 100M+ business. Both halves of this job.

I'm Ramona Furter, applying for Lead Product Marketing Manager, Dubai. This page is the application itself: your UAE launch brief, reviewed the way I'd review it at the desk, and the career that backs the verdicts.

Your PMMs ship more launches than one Global Head can review.

Your ad says the Lead PMM reviews and approves GTM strategies, value propositions, and campaign messaging, and builds the global expansion launch process with Compliance and Risk. So here's that work in miniature, on the launch you're running right now in the UAE.

Worked example. The submitted brief is invented for this exercise; the market facts are real.

Licences granted 17 Jun 2026 Central Bank of the UAE

AED 183 billion outbound remittances, 2024

~9 in 10 residents are expats

One launch brief, two states. Default is after my pass.

Value proposition

The global financial super app arrives in the UAE. Join 75+ million customers worldwide.

Send backThat's our story. A Dubai expat's first question is what happens to the salary they send home every month, in the world's second-largest outbound remittance market. Rewrite: Your salary lands in Dubai. Your money reaches home at a rate you can see. Account, transfers, and cards, now in the UAE.

Hero claim

Zero fees on international transfers.

StopAn absolute fee claim invites the Central Bank's financial-promotion review in week one and a trust problem in month two, because fee-free has plan allowances. Rewrite: See the rate and the fee before you hit send. And every claim goes through Compliance before creative production, as a rule of the launch process.

Channel plan

Full ATL takeover at launch: metro, radio, out-of-home, telling the super app story.

ParkThe licences cover payments and cards, not yet the full super app, so mass ATL would teach a breadth that isn't live and burn CAC doing it. Instead: corridor-by-corridor performance and referral first, the motion that built 75 million customers. ATL scales when the corridors prove out.

Approve, with conditions

To the Global Head of Product Marketing: cleared to proceed once the value proposition leads with the transfer home and every claim clears Compliance. The ATL wave stays parked until product breadth is live. And this review becomes the first page of the global expansion launch playbook.

I built this application myself, with Claude Code and my own AI toolchain. It's how I work every day, and it would come with me.

Why me, honestly

Zero-to-one GTM, done with my own hands

You want someone to incubate the most ambitious zero-to-one bets, not delegate them.

Receipt: founding team at WePractice (Migros Group venture). Full go-to-market from zero, 1000+ client matches in year one, two funding rounds, grown to 10 locations and 23 people.

Commercial impact you can audit

Your ad asks for proven impact on P&L, GPPU, NAPs, and CAC.

Receipt: at Ifolor I owned the e-commerce P&L of a CHF 100M+ business and moved conversion +9% and checkout +15%, reporting to C-level. At Sparrow Ventures I ran the experiments that lifted conversion and cut CAC across new ventures.

The honest read on team scale

Co-managing 25+ PMMs is a bigger org than I've run, and you should know that before we talk.

What I've done: led the marketing and sales team of a Series-B venture, coached cross-functional teams at Die Mobiliar, and directed external agencies at Ifolor. What scaled me every time was writing the playbook first, which is exactly the work this role starts with.

What I'd take off the Global Head's desk first

The review queue

PMM-led launch reviews with written verdicts, so the bar is visible to all 25+ PMMs instead of living in one person's calendar.

The market that can't wait

The UAE GTM from licence to first corridor wins, with Compliance and Risk in the room from day one.

The launch playbook

Version one of the global expansion launch process, written from what Brazil, India, Mexico, and the UAE teach the next market.

About me

I'm a marketer who builds. My cycling platform Pedal Peak is live with real users because I shipped it myself, end to end, with the AI tooling I now use daily at Swiss Post. Fifteen-plus years of product marketing taught me the commercial call and the creative call are the same call.

My partner and I are planning our move to Dubai. I'm a Swiss citizen, available with notice. When I'm not working I'm on a bike, most recently through Togo and Benin.
